At CureSkills, we are committed to providing high-quality medical education, fellowship programs, certification courses, and professional training opportunities. We encourage all applicants to carefully review course details, eligibility criteria, duration, and fee structure before enrollment.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be granted and the procedures for requesting them.
Course Registration & Enrollment
- Enrollment is confirmed only after successful fee payment and document verification.
- Applicants must ensure all information submitted during registration is accurate and complete.
Fee Refund Policy
All course fees paid to CureSkills are generally non-refundable and non-transferable. However, refunds may be considered in the following situations:
- Course Cancellation by CureSkills: If CureSkills cancels a course or program, enrolled participants will be eligible for a refund of the applicable fees.
- Duplicate Payment: Any excess payment made due to accidental duplicate transactions will be refunded after verification.
- Technical Payment Errors: Payments affected by technical issues may be refunded or adjusted after review.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after enrollment.
- Failure to attend classes, sessions, or assessments.
- Failure to complete the course.
- Non-fulfillment of eligibility requirements.
- Violation of institutional policies.
- Downloaded or accessed digital learning materials.
- Administrative, registration, examination, and processing fees.
Batch Transfer Policy
Course registrations are non-transferable. Requests for batch transfers may be considered only under exceptional circumstances and are subject to approval by CureSkills management. Additional administrative charges may apply.
Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, participants must:
- Submit a written refund request via email.
- Mention the course name and payment details.
- Attach payment receipts or supporting documents.
- Clearly explain the reason for the refund request.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7β15 working days from the date of approval. The refund amount will be credited through the original payment method wherever possible.
Scholarships & Promotional Offers
Fees paid under scholarships, promotional campaigns, discounted admissions, or special offers may not be eligible for refunds unless specifically stated otherwise.
Changes to Courses
CureSkills reserves the right to modify schedules, faculty, course curriculum, training modules, or session timings whenever necessary. Such changes shall not be considered grounds for refund requests.

CureSkills reserves the right to revise or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on the website.
