Terms & Conditions

1. The fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
2. Batch transfer is not permitted. In special cases, if approved, students will be required to pay the applicable transfer fee.
3. Students are required to inform the Academy of any changes in their contact details, including permanent address, correspondence address, PG address, mobile number, or email address at any time during the course.
4. The Academy may require the submission of certificates or documents before admission, during admission, or at any later stage as deemed necessary for academic or administrative purposes.
5. Students certify that all documents submitted are genuine and authentic. If any document is found to be forged, false, or misleading, the student's admission may be cancelled, fees may be forfeited, and appropriate legal action may be initiated.
6. The Academy reserves the right to cancel admission if a student fails to submit required documents or does not fulfill any admission requirement, rule, or condition.
